I just. Purchased a 2026 Ford Explorer from this wonderful Ford Dealership in Tarpon Springs Florida. I had a wonderful experience with the Salesman and the Salesman Manager. Absolutely no pressure. We were able to come up with a new Explorer that was within my Budget. My salesman Leo is very knowledgeable and sincere about the Ford products and wasn’t misleading at all. after the sale ,Leo followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase,, The sales people in that dealership go out of their way to help each other. Just for example, his counter part salesman helped me with the paperwork, as Leo was tied up with, I believe, another customer. I. Believe his name was Jason, that’s what it’s like to deal with a smaller agency.. it’s family like. .

He was my service advisor then and always went above and beyond whenever I needed service for my mustang. He was always friendly and professional. I am so happy after 29 years, Rob is still with Karl Flammer Ford! He is my service advisor for my Ford F250 truck and he is the same, friendly, professional and goes above and beyond for his customers!
