Want to be scammed? Bring your vehicle to Karl Flammer Ford in Tarpon Springs. My vehicle broke down and I'm very tight on money like most of us out here. They told me I needed two new batteries and an alternator (very expensive) and wouldn't proceed to look further to find the problem. I knew that wasn't right because I didn't take it in for dead batteries so I had it towed to another shop for them to tell me my batteries and alternator are completely fine, and found the actual problem which was a bad control module (very cheap). Karl Flammer Charged me $268 to lie to me. Told me my truck was so dead they couldn't even get the mileage off my dash but yet on my receipt had the mileage on it. I do NOT recommend bringing your vehicle to this particular Ford dealership for service.

I just. Purchased a 2026 Ford Explorer from this wonderful Ford Dealership in Tarpon Springs Florida. I had a wonderful experience with the Salesman and the Salesman Manager. Absolutely no pressure. We were able to come up with a new Explorer that was within my Budget. My salesman Leo is very knowledgeable and sincere about the Ford products and wasn’t misleading at all. after the sale ,Leo followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase,, The sales people in that dealership go out of their way to help each other. Just for example, his counter part salesman helped me with the paperwork, as Leo was tied up with, I believe, another customer. I. Believe his name was Jason, that’s what it’s like to deal with a smaller agency.. it’s family like. .
